In the pretty village of Poughill on the outskirts of the ever popular Bude, the South West Coast Path is within walking distance.

The beach at Northcott Mouth offers sand when the tide is out whilst Maer Lake Nature Reserve has some lovely wildlife, both within 2 miles. Sandy beaches and a selection of amenities including a golf course, leisure centre, swimming pool, numerous shops and cafes, can be found in Bude less than 2 miles away.
