The picturesque village of Blakeney is a great base for exploring the stunning Norfolk coast. The village has a choice of places to eat and drink, as well as independent shops, art galleries, a historic quay and 13th century church. The beautiful Blakeney National Nature Reserve offers plenty of opportunities to spot local wildlife including seals and a fantastic array of seabirds. From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip out to see a colony of grey seals. The charming village of Cley next the Sea is just a couple of miles away and is home to the wonderful Cley Marshes Nature Reserve, as well as an 18th century windmill and a variety of shops and eateries. On entering this delightful property, you will find yourself in the tastefully decorated and comfortable lounge. This is an ideal space to relax in, with comfortable seating, Smart TV and a traditional wood burner. Double doors lead out onto the patio and overlook the garden. Heading into the kitchen/diner you will find a lovely dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and larder fridge/freezer. Exploring further you will find a delightful snug, which is a cosy room perfect for using as a quiet space. There is also a ground floor WC. Going upstairs you will find three cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size zip and link bed which can be made into two single beds on request at time of booking. This room also has an en suite shower room complete with WC. There are two further rooms, one of which has a king size bed and can be made up as a twin room on prior request as well as a futher double. There is also a family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Heading outside you will find a sunny front garden and a larger rear garden with a patio, lawn, flower bed and garden furniture, allowing you to sit back and relax. Off the garden are two parking spaces in tandem.
