"Hermine", 4-room apartment 150 m2 on 4th floor. Spacious and bright, modern and luxurious furnishings: large living/dining room 50 m2 with TV, digital TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm).
Well maintained and conveniently located within walking distance to train station and port. It had enough space for our extended family to relax and unwind without being on top of each other. Also washer and dryer were really welcomed!

Very spacious, modern apartment. All equipment (kitchen) and materials available. Plus point that the parking space downstairs is located near the elevator, as well as the apartment itself: step out of the elevator and you are immediately at the door. Very quiet and peaceful in the building and the area. Waste containers are located downstairs on the square. Also bakery, small supermarket and basic terraces / restaurant within walking distance. Saint-Malo "Intra-Muros" (old part of town) within walking distance. Lots to do! Beautiful!

Very nice rental. Only reservation: the Place de l'Hermine is really in an industrial area!
