It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, with a walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen area. To the outside, there is off-road parking and a rear garden with a lawn area and a sitting area. Hemmel Cottage is a delightful base for a family getaway.

Area
Chatton is a small village resting within Northumberland which is surrounded by scenic countryside. Within the village you will find a number of stone-built houses, a Post Office/village shop, an art gallery and a pub serving good food and ale. Close by is Alnwick Gardens, the Northumberland National Park and the coast, where you will find Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island and Lindisfarne Priory.

Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.
