It hosts four bedrooms; two king-size rooms boast en-suites whilst it also offers a double and a twin room, as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep eight people. Inside it also comprises an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Its exterior provides off road parking for four cars and a patio with furniture. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Open-plan living room living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas.

Area
Penryn is a Cornish market town rich in history with a host of restaurants, pubs and cafés as it also has a museum and the Enys Gardens. Along the river is Falmouth, a popular seaside resort with a stunning harbour, plenty of amenities and a choice of activities to keep you busy. Alternatively, outdoor lovers can trek the South West Coast Path, or the magnificent city of Truro is also easily reachable.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
