All bedrooms are ensuite with one Jacuzzi bath. It's situated just 100 metres from Star Marina Outdoor Centre Restaurant / bar, one mile from the Sailors Bar and seven minutes drive from the bustling town of Kenmare.

Finished to a very high standard, it has a fully fitted modern walnut kitchen with French doors which lead to a separate conservatory dining room which is overlooking the bay; very relaxing as you watch the boats go by.

The Lounge has an open fire place and overlooks the bay also as well as a large flat screen plasma television with DVD player.
