If a sea view is what you're after, this home will not disappoint. Perched on a clifftop in Birchington-on-Sea, the coastal scenery can be admired from most of the rooms. Our favourite viewpoint is the conservatory – we can't think of a better spot to enjoy a cup of tea and watch the tide roll in. Outside, the fuss-free garden offers space for kids and pups to let loose. Ready to explore? Birchington has two tidal shores that are ideal for walking and rockpooling. For a proper day at the beach, we suggest heading over to Margate, just 4 miles away.
Home truths: *While one bedroom isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*One small, well-behaved dog is welcome to join you here. Just note that the garden fence has some gaps and leads to a cliff drop, so dogs will need to be watched at all times.
*Both full bathrooms are en-suites, though there is a WC on the ground floor. The second bathroom has Jack-and-Jull access from bedrooms two and three.
*We think the patio paving could use some attention.
*Off-road parking is available for two cars. We suggest having a vehicle here, especially if you're keen to explore further afield.
*Birchington has two tidal beaches – Epple Bay and Minnis Bay – but both are better suited to dog walks.
