Found the cottage difficult to find - poor signage arriving from the west side only visible coming from the east.” Parking difficult when other vehicles parked there. Cottage could do with a good clean and freshen up. Kitchen sink broken around taps and it looks as though it has been like this for some time. All the cupboards in the kitchen full of crockery and pots and pans so the few items we took with us for breakfast we had to leave sitting on the table as nowhere to put them. Large cupboard under the stairs was full of stuff just thrown in and left. Settee in the lounge very uncomfortable and has had its best days some time ago. Little room upstairs for clothes as the chest of drawers in the bedroom was full of linen which only left two very small drawers. Had to lay our clothes on the bunk beds and after a couple of days they started to feel a little damp despite the heaters being on. Doors on the shower make access difficult and the seals on the door were shredded on the bottom. Toilet seat moved wherever it wanted to go. There was what looked like damp on a couple of the walls but not sure if it was or just needing a coat of paint. Would I stay here again most certainly not at the price charged nor would I recommend this to my friends.

What an incredibly amazing little hideaway. From the moment of arrival we found ourselves relaxing into the quieter life in this haven. The cottage was exceptionally clean and everything was thought of, including the delicious cream tea welcome. We’ve had an amazing honeymoon down in Marazion and will definitely be returning to this stunning cottage.
