3-room house 88 m2. Bright, renovated in 2022: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
The house is not as good as described, the grill was still dirty from the previous tenant, you have to clean it for the next tenant, the beds are pretty worn and there weren't enough blankets. The kitchen is really only equipped with the bare essentials. The railing on the terrace was so wobbly that you had to be afraid to use it. The swimming pool was cleaned every other day, that was the only good thing. The whole house was in a dirty state.
