Unfortunately there is a lot of mold in the shower cubicle... mattresses are unfortunately only 85cm wide. Otherwise it is very nice there, but you feel very isolated there. The nearest beach is about 60 minutes away by car (Maremma)

great location with ditto view. An oasis of peace, near wine village Scanzano. Nice and helpful guidance, all agreements are followed. One downside: cumbersome way for WiFi connection, which also drops out every 5 minutes. Really do something about it!

the house is beautifully situated and wonderfully quiet. However, hardly any destination can be reached on foot. The nearest beach is about 30 km away. There are many very beautiful old towns in the vicinity. A visit to the Therme Saturnia is recommended. Overall something for people who are interested in peace and culture.

Since the heat is stronger on the upper floor, the room has to be ventilated at night. This means that animals can also get into the room. That's why it would be nice if at least one window could be fitted with a fly screen. Please think of clothes hooks, as there are none.
