everything clean, modern furnishings, beautiful garden, landlord friendly and easy to contact via SMS, external blinds available, 2 separate apartments ideal for two families - difficult to find, beautiful terrace, bakery/various beaches/restaurants within a radius of 4.5-7km approx. great, quiet and no one is bothered by slightly loud children ;-), location perfect for us in the quiet east of Istria, especially with a dog. Medulin/Pula/Fazana/Rabac easily accessible by car 25-35km.

We were 5 children (ages 7 to 14) and 4 adults. The house is very nice with a large pool and hot tub. The garden and the barbecue area was also great. Overall we felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun without having to pay attention to the volume. The house is a bit isolated but the beaches and shops are easy to reach by car. Tip "Franckies Beachbar" there is the most beautiful beach. The landlords are also very nice and helpful.
