Calver can be found a prime location for exploring the lands of the Peak District National Park. Just a short trip away you can find the wonderful tourist attractions of Chatsworth House and Longshaw Estate offering magnificent scenery and architecture. Within the village itself you can find a post office,a pub, a cafe, an independent local supermarket and even a craft shop and gallery, offering everything you could possibly need within the local area for your self-catered trip. Close by you will also find the capital of the Peak District; Bakewell, famous for its pudding, this lovely area offers even more adventure to explore.
