What it lacks in space, the home makes up for with its fresh design, cloaked in light, soothing tones that’ll make you feel as though you’re on a summer escape no matter the time of year. It’s the balcony that really seals the deal though, ideal for sitting back and relaxing with a refreshing drink after a busy day of being out and about.

There might not be any showstopping amenities to keep you occupied up here, but you won’t have to venture far for something to do. Not only are you within easy reach of Nakheel Mall, but you’ll only have to wander down a few flights of stairs if you fancy cooling off in the communal pool. Not to mention, the gym here boasts gorgeous views of the harbour, so there’s really no excuse for not fitting in a workout or two.
