Very nice house, but a new coat of paint would not be necessary. Fly screens on the windows would definitely have to be put up, especially in the summer!!

The holiday home Faisa is fully equipped. Quiet area with lots of privacy. Rooms are neat and maintenance that was complained about in previous reviews is neatly done. Swimming pool is cleaned twice a week and the garden is also neatly maintained. There are two points for improvement: placing mosquito nets in front of the windows because of the mosquitoes and a faster WiFi connection. The current connection does not go above 3mb/s

We had a great holiday but this villa has aged a lot since our first visit 7 years ago The seals only blew during the whole stay, the pool tiles are peeling off in many places, there is no air conditioning in the living room. The hob and the oven deserve to be replaced because defective. The quality and the lack of maintenance by the owner of the property do not justify the rental price. Any time the view is wow!

A chair with a broken leg, a lot of tiles that were missing in the pool, and the most serious thing is, the termination of the pool floor at the beginning of the lawn, the tiles are cut unevenly and with sharp edges, .... All of this , I understand that it is due to lack of maintenance, by the way the pool had not been cleaned for days.

Very nice residence, very nice corner in the heights of jávea. Reactivity by interhome for the change of the fridge. Some points of improvement: -Fridge grills were totally rusty (inconceivable when renting a vacation home). Closeted odors in the bedrooms, bathrooms, as well as in the cupboards of all the furniture in the house (kitchen cupboards, bathrooms, chests of drawers in all the bedrooms). -Pool tiles that come off.
