Set in a historic building (which used to be the Habsburg embassy in the nineteenth century), Eyes To The Sky makes an impression from very early on. It’s ridiculously grand, with double-height, frescoed ceilings, and antique furniture (along with a few modern, designer additions). It’s just around the corner from Piazza della Libertà , so it’s just away from the most crowded parts of the centre, but even walking to the Ponte Vecchio doesn’t take more than twenty minutes.
