A collection of serviced apartments, Europa House is located in little-known Maida Vale. Here you’ll find great restaurants and a strong sense of community, but hardly any tourists. This particular flat feels homely thanks to its warm, garden-themed decor and bespoke furniture. There are luxury beds – which get made while you’re out – an excellent kitchen, desks and yoga mats, but our stand-out was the communal garden square behind. Invisible from outside, it includes swings and ample space for kids to play.
Home truths: * The blackout curtains are not 100% efficient.
* The TV's and Speakers within the rooms are slightly outdated.
* The interior decor has a more quirky and rustic feel, and so may not be for those expecting a contemporary and minimal look.
* Each apartment has a slightly varying layout. Living rooms do their best to accommodate requests for certain units, but unfortunately they can't guarantee you'll get your first pick every time.
