Decked out with a hanging seat, lounge chairs and a table, this is the ideal spot to begin mornings over fresh coffee and locally bought pastéis de nata from the famous Pastéis de Belém pastry shop dating back to 1847 (a twelve-minute walk away). Alternatively, gather in this outdoor haven for sundowners and an alfresco feast when you’re not out sampling the local dining scene.

When it comes to sightseeing nearby, visit the ornate Jerónimos Monastery – a thirteen-minute walk – or spend an afternoon exploring the MAAT Museum, a twenty-minute stroll away. You’re also a twenty-minute walk from the Padrão dos Descobrimentos monument, just under a thirty-minute stroll from the ​​Belém Tower, while Algés Beach is nine minutes away by car or just under half an hour away by public transport.
