Emerald & Quartz is in an excellent location. Nachalat Binyamin is right on your doorstep – we recommend going there on Tuesdays and Fridays for the popular arts and crafts market. The home itself is on the smaller side (especially the kitchen), but to us, that’s just an excuse to try out some of the many restaurants nearby. One of Tel Aviv’s food hubs, Carmel Market, is only about ten minutes away, with local eateries and cafes aplenty.
Home truths: *We couldn’t find a home manual when we visited
*It's on the second floor with no lift – be prepared for some up and down
*The walls could do with a lick of paint to cover up scuff marks
*The kitchen isn’t huge – it’s not ideal for cooking a feast
*There’s no window in the bathroom, which means there’s little natural ventilation
