Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the bay. Facilities: washing machine. 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The terrace is very large with a fantastic view of the bay. We felt very comfortable here. The landlords were always very nice. Due to the altitude, the access to the house is relatively steep, especially the last 500 meters. The Jaus is 360 meters above sea level. You need a car for everything. There's nothing within walking distance, neither a restaurant nor a marina.

The bed linen and towels were not changed and the bed linen was not changed at the weekend. There were not enough dishes and cutlery, no small bowls. The landlady's dogs were a nuisance every evening. We couldn't walk our dog without the dogs following us. They were nice, but it still bothered us. The landlords were very friendly.

The property is as described, very clean. Private terrace with a beautiful view from which you can admire the sunrise. Very friendly owners. We recommend!
