Along with art galleries, restaurants, shopping and fitness centres practically on your doorstep, it's ideal if you're hoping to stay in the very heart of things.

Colourful and eclectic, this home is freshly renovated, with modern decor, an open layout to the living space and internal stairs up to its bedrooms. There are some fun furnishings and wall art to give it all some character, and a little terrace area to sit out on with your cup of coffee. But it's the view from the master bedroom's Juliet balcony that really wowed us – just imagine gazing at the mountain across the treetops every morning.
