From street level, this eclectic building will immediately catch your eye. Layered upon its pale blue exterior you can spot multiple balconies, flowing foliage, a lush roof terrace, and even a private synagogue. Inside, say shalom to luxury living. The decor feels natural and modern, with raw wooden features, a woven rug, and long sand-coloured curtains. But the first thing you need to do is pull back those curtains – let’s talk about your private rooftop. Forget about the sweeping city views for a second while you concentrate on the features – leafy palms and succulents, tiki-style umbrellas, copious amounts of lounge seating, a gas barbecue grill, an outdoor sound system, a dining area, and an enormous hot tub.
