Ground Floor There is an enclosed porch which leads to a large reception hall; from here leads the spacious sitting room with comfortatable seating, large TV/DVD, sea views and a wood burning stove. There is a fully fitted kitchen with granite worksurfaces, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge plus a dining area, which overlooks the beach. A separate utility room has a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The fabulous master bedroom has a chandelier, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to the garden - ideal to wander outside with your morning coffee and sit and watch the sea - and an en-suite shower room including a large walk-in wet room area, WC and hand wash basin. There is also a charming twin bedroom with porthole windows and two full size 3' single beds. The stylish house bathroom has bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin. Outside The beach hut suite, with underfloor heating, offers another lovely double bedroom with en-suite shower room, with shower, WC and hand wash basin, plus its own raised sun deck. The gardens, which overlook the sea, are enclosed and decked and can be lit at night. Table and chairs are provided for al fresco dining - imagine sitting with a cup of tea, or glass of wine in hand watching the waves. Sheer bliss. Parking spaces for 2 cars

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
