Just home from a perfect stay. Modern, clean, comfortable beds, quality bedding and everything we needed to cook some lovey food. The views over the bay are stunning, the pool and terrance are wonderful, it’s peaceful and within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. Can’t recommend enough.

Just returned from a fantastic week in Roses. The villa didn’t disappoint. Villa had everything needed and more for a perfect stay. Modern, clean, and stunning views of the bay. Beaches within easy reach. Pool and outside terrace was wonderful for that morning coffee. Would definitely return.

Very beautiful view and quiet area on the heights of ROSAS Very pleasant architect house with very pretty, careful and sophisticated decoration with all the comfort expected for this type of rental except wifi which only allows connection in the main room and can be an outdoor shower near the pool.

Magnificent house, beautiful amenities, superb view, the decoration and the fittings are sublime!!! However the swimming pool is not practical (internal access step too high and the swimming pool too close to the terrace), lacks a sheltered terrace and roller shutters to sleep better!! Lots of noise in the neighborhood, rock breaker for new construction nearby, dog barking at night, work in the port...

The bed in the second last bedroom in the basement squeaks when you turn over and the beds are too narrow for a married couple. The elevator smells musty. Otherwise, the view is fantastic and the pool is great. The beds were already made up. Thank you for that. Mrs. S. was extremely friendly and warm.

This is a beautiful villa with great views, lovely rooms, furniture etc. the pool and terrace are spectacular. I would gladly stay here again. A few things to be aware of: the villa is on a hill with narrow roads. You have to pay extra for towels which I find a bit strange. There is a washing machine and dishwasher but no detergents supplied. The Wi-Fi works in the main room but not in the bedrooms. I would want this fixed if I was going back. I think these are teething problems easily fixed.
