As you approach the home, it's hard to picture a prettier scene — the home's stone walls sit among Mediterranean vegetation and the Aegean Sea dazzles in the background. Explore the perimeters and you'll spot a vegetable garden from which guests are welcome to pick, a pen holding two resident donkeys and a beautiful stone-trimmed swimming pool with an endless panorama of ocean and sky.

Head in through one of the glass doors and discover an interior that mixes high ceilings, exposed stonework and floating staircases to striking effect. Spread across two levels with an additional pair of guesthouses, there's both plenty of space and lots of privacy.

Although the secluded location is a perfectly peaceful place in which to kick back and relax, the town of Apollonia only takes ten minutes to reach in the car, while the nearest beach — Paralia Seralia — is a twelve-minute drive.
