Domaine de Camiole Apartment 2

Accommodation did not match the pictures on your website. Didn't have a view but faced a stone wall. Apartment only suitable for a maximum of 2 people, not for 4 as advertised. Our "garden" was a bit neglected, smelly drain in the garden. Dishwasher from the previous tenant smelled of fish and was not clean. We had ants in the closets. Otherwise the area was well-kept and clean.

The reservation was for 4 people. 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, without window shutters. Not enough deckchairs at the pools. Otherwise, very quiet place, no noise in the residence.

The apartment was neat and clean. Some items may need to be replaced, such as a shower faucet in our case. Reports to the reception of imperfections were resolved as best as possible the same day. Fine. The apartment is nice and spacious and located in a beautiful park with good facilities and a beautiful pool. However, smoking and drinking was done in the pool outside the terrace. Not all seemed to be guests of the park. That surprised us.

Actually nice clean accommodation, but our apartment was very cramped. The booking said 31-40m², but it was max. 4*6m. Quite off the beaten track, but in a nice and quiet location. The indoor pool and the spa area were currently closed, but we were only informed of this after booking, with the note that we cannot cancel because of this or receive a discount.

Dear Sir or Madam, the accommodation was ok, except for a few ants. But that's actually more common in southern Europe and if it doesn't get out of hand it's ok. What could be described as disturbing was the fact that the indoor swimming pool could not be used (even an email beforehand with the possibility of canceling the trip is really formal waste), all the more so as the outdoor swimming pool was not heated and was not clean either (but that was bearable)
