Excellent house. Clean and spacious. I recommend. Downside: - The smell of sewerage in the 2 bathrooms (siphon? Blockage?) - The pool gets dirty quickly and cleaning is only done once a week.

The pool was big but very cold! The house was big but: the dishes were not clean and had already been used! Knives were blunt! We had to buy everything to cook. The coffee machine was leaking! The bed linen was not clean (yellow stains etc...) The grill was great!

Older but well-preserved large villa in an older, quiet holiday home area. Great location. Palma or airport in 20 minutes. Less suitable in the cold season because the heating options are limited and the gaps under the doors are large. Well equipped kitchen. Good beds. Not super clean, but OK. Highly recommended restaurant within walking distance: El Tantalo.
