We think this practical apartment is perfect for business travellers. Not only is there a desk in the lounge ideal for remote working, but it's just one stop away on the Jubilee Line from Canary Wharf. The design is simple, but it has all the essentials for a laid-back stay – a well-appointed kitchen, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and even free parking if you’d rather drive. Just note that two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge – not a deal breaker by any means, but it may not be suitable for everyone.

*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge. That said, it may be a bit of a squeeze for two adults – we think it's a better fit for one adult or two children.
*Free parking is available on the premises. That said, we don't think a car is needed here, as Canada Water Station is only a short walk away and has links to central London and beyond.
*There is a private patio here, but there isn't anywhere to sit.
