This lakeside home is surrounded by acres of nature reserve and miles of hiking trails. We think it's ideal for families – for an additional fee, furry friends are welcome and your host can provide a travel cot and high chair. The glass wall at the back of the house offers great lake views and natural light, but it does mean that some privacy is lost if you're spending time outside in the hot tub, or if you have the light on in the evening. You'll enjoy access to a range of onsite facilities though, from a spa and pool to a restaurant and shop, and you can explore the area by bike, on foot or even by canoe.
Home truths: *There is one designated parking space here, and an overflow car park if you have additional cars. There are EV chargers on-site for use on a first-come, first-serve basis.
*This home is on a holiday estate close to similar homes. As a result, the outdoor area doesn't feel the most private, and you might hear noise from neighbours during your stay.
*Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with the living room and kitchen upstairs.
*You'll have access to communal facilities including an on-site restaurant, gym, spa, and pools. Some of these are closed seasonally, including one of the outdoor pools, two lakes, and a walking trail.
*Noise should be kept to a minimum here after 11pm.
*Same-sex groups are not permitted here.
