Chaotic communication, no contact person on site and by phone, stood helplessly in front of the property and were accidentally pointed out to the agency responsible by the guests who were present. Pure stress. We had written an email one day, which was not taken note of. The property is located on a fairly busy main access road with parking spaces. Otherwise great location, high quality furnishings and excellent beds.
