In an elevated position overlooking the rolling green expanse of Royal Westmoreland golf course and the Caribbean Sea beyond, this villa boasts an unbeatable location and sprawling views. The villa is accessed by a long private driveway, and surrounded by manicured gardens and palm trees. Indoor and outdoor space blend seamlessly together – the plush living room leads out onto a spacious covered verandah, where you can relax with a book on the sofas or enjoy lunch alfresco at the dining table. A crystalline infinity pool curves around the verandah, and is long enough to swim lengths in before kicking back on a sun lounger. Steps lead down to a little plunge pool, where you can enjoy a quiet moment.

In the basement there’s a ping pong table and ice hockey to keep you entertained, as well as exercise equipment. With its curved walls and vaulted ceiling, the main bedroom is grand in its proportions. Folding glass doors span the length of the room, leading out onto a private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee and soak up the spectacular view. All of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, including the bedroom in the guest cottage next to the house.

The villa is just north of the Platinum Coast, within easy access of breathtaking beaches and high end restaurants. While staying at the villa, you’ll have exclusive access to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach facility, where up to 10 guests can enjoy the sun loungers, beach bars and restaurants.
