Property Overview

Located in the village of Grassington, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This is an ideal base to explore the area either on foot or by bicycle, with a range of cycle routes to enjoy through the countryside, both on and off road, or walk if you prefer, with the Dales Way immediately outside the front door. Grassington is the gateway to the Dales with areas of interest and outstanding beauty close by including Bolton Abbey and Malham Cove. The beautiful, historic spa town of Harrogate, the vibrant market town of Skipton and the picturesque town of Ilkley all offer a great range of independent shops and boutiques and good, quality restaurants to explore. Head up four steps to the porch and into the lounge. Here you will find comfortable seating set in front of the wood burner and Smart TV, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day out in the Dales. From the lounge, walk through the small hall and enter the kitchen/diner, well equipped for the best of chefs with electric range style oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located in the old pantry. Head up the steep cottage style stairs to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms. The first is king size with Smart TV and en suite shower room and WC. The second is a double bedroom, also with Smart TV. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with freestanding bath and WC. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard, the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. The courtyard also has a secure outbuilding for bicycle storage. There is roadside parking too.
