Beautiful retreat for two, and the dog, with enclosed garden and panoramic countryside views close to Ruthin (3 miles). In an idyllic hamlet, walk along the River Clyweldg and to the local pub (500ft). 3 miles from historic Ruthin boasting independent shops, eateries, footgolf, castles and museums. Denbigh, 5 miles, also offers independent shops and eateries. Further afield, all within 15 miles, is the market town of Mold, with its street market and Theatre Clywd, the pretty town of LLangollen with its river, steam trains, horse drawn canal boat and events. Abergele offers sandy beaches and seaside activities. Walkers can enjoy many footpaths nearby, Coed Y Felin nature reserve and Moel Famau, the highest hill in the Clwydian Range. Whatever your interest, there is lots to keep you entertained. A stylish detached house full of all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. Walk into the hall with space for your outdoor attire in the boot store and start exploring. The kitchen/diner is a lovely space if you decide to eat in, with local produce purchased whilst on your travels. Once your meal is ready the dining table is the perfect setting for a romantic meal overlooking the pretty garden. After dinner walk through to the lounge with sumptuous sofas, feature fireplace with electric stove effect fire, Smart TV and views over the garden. Snuggle up and watch a film or plan your holiday activities. When ready to retire, head upstairs to the spacious bedroom with a king size bed with TV and a second bedroom with a double bed if you prefer separate rooms. Both have been designed for a good nights sleep with lovely linen and superb views to wake up to. On the ground floor is the stylish shower and WC, perfect for a refreshing start to the day. The property is nestled on the edge of the owners beautiful 1 acre garden, with an enclosed private deck, table, chairs, BBQ and fire pit. Perfect for alfresco dining, to relax, listen to birdsong and embrace the countryside views from sunrise to sunset. Private parking for one car and space for bicycles, canoes and paddleboards. Please note that while the owners are sometimes onsite, privacy is ensured.
