The seaside town of Westward Ho! (2 miles) is renowned for its sandy beach and unique pebble ridge and there are restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and amusements. Step into the property via a small flight of external steps and head to the front door and into the entrance hall. On either side of the hallway, you will find the sleeping accommodation, including a king size bedroom with an en suite shower room with underfloor heating and a WC, and a double room with an en suite shower room with underfloor heating and WC. There are also two twin rooms. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath, underfloor heating and a WC completes the ground floor. Head up the stairs and take a moment to appreciate the amazing coastal views from this open plan living space, with sliding doors which open out onto a large balcony with seating. Head across a small bridge that leads you to a good size enclosed terraced area with private hot tub, garden furniture and a BBQ ideal for those lazy summer evenings. From here, you can enjoy views over the estuary. On the upper level, there is an enclosed lawn area with additional seating and to the side is a hot/cold shower, perfect for washing off dogs or sandy toes.
