This cottage is situated on the North West Norfolk coast, in the village of Mundesley. The village is the perfect for choice for those looking for a low key seaside holiday, with leisurely days spent on the beach and enjoying scenic walks along the coast. The village is certainly quieter than its near neighbour Cromer, but the village is none the less well appointed with several shops and places to eat. Of course, for those who do want to get out and about a bit further afield, Cromer has lots to offer including an excellent range of restaurants and pubs, two sandy beaches, and a pier which is a great place to have a go at crabbing and also boasts one of the few remaining traditional end of pier theatres. On arrival at this cottage, guests come first to the welcoming hall which has plenty of space to leave coats and boots before continuing through to the lounge. This light filled room is a great place to relax, with its understated style, comfortable seating, a TV/DVD, Blu ray player, and a flame effect electric fire. Across the hallway, the kitchen has been finished in a contemporary style and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. The dining room is accessed through the kitchen and is an attractive place to enjoy spending time together enjoying leisurely meals, whilst there is a second place to eat in the sunny conservatory which also has a sofa making it a lovely spot to relax with a book or the morning papers. Stairs from the hallway lead to the bedrooms on the first floor, the first of which is an attractive king size room with antique furniture and its own TV. This room also benefits from an en suite shower room offering a shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom is a restful twin room which can be made up as a king size on request, whilst the third is a peaceful single room. The house bathroom, meanwhile, has a shower over bath and WC. To the rear of the cottage, the conservatory opens out onto a pretty garden which is mainly set to shingle and bordered by mature plants and trees. A table and chairs give guests a pleasant place to enjoy alfresco dining, in addition to which there is a second seating area to the front of the house. Off road parking is available for two cars.
