Perfectly situated, the cottage is ideal for discovering the Hartland Moor National Nature Reserve and the Purbeck Hills. There are many villages and thriving market towns to discover including Wareham (2 miles), Studland (8.5 miles) and the popular seaside resort of Swanage (9 miles). Swanage is known for its sandy beach and traditional amusements, as well as its pier and promenade. You can also visit Corfe Castle (3.5 miles), Lulworth Cove (9.5 miles) or Kimmeridge (4.5 miles). You can also explore the beautiful Brownsea Island in Poole Harbour, or head a little further afield to the popular coastal towns of Poole (12 miles) and Bournemouth (16.5 miles). Three steps lead down from the front garden into the cottage. On entering you will find the light, stylish and relaxing open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is a lovely space with comfortable seating, Smart TV, DVD and Bluetooth speaker. There s a charming dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including a double oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Going upstairs there s a comfortable king size bedroom on the first floor. The bathroom is also on the first floor, complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. There s also a separate WC adjacent to the bathroom. Heading up to the second floor you will find a large double aspect bedroom with a super king size bed which can be made up as a twin room on request. This room has reduced head height in the eaves and lovely views out over the heathland. The front garden is gated and paved, with planted borders. The back garden is ideal for relaxing in, with a sunny patio, outdoor furniture, BBQ and a large lawn.
