To complete the ground floor the utility room, with a Miele washing machine, separate dryer and additional log burning stove, means you can make sure your boots are warmed and jackets are dried after a day on the fells. A few steps up carries you into the stunning garden room. Again, with a log burning stove and Bi fold patio doors, this living space brings the outside in, and is an ideal place to relax on sunny days as well as cosy up in the depths of winter where you can experience all seasons of weather from the comfort of the stunning teal tweed sofas. Onto the second floor, accessed again by a small flight of stairs, you can find the first three bedrooms. The first double bedroom facing to the front of the house, offers views across the neighbouring fields. Similarly next door, the single bedroom is spacious and offers a range of books as well as plenty of storage. The third bedroom is another comfortable double bedroom with views towards the garden and patio at the rear of the house. The adjoining en suite to the third bedroom is a brightly lit space with a walk in shower and access to the patio and garden. Completing the second floor is the family bathroom, with a stunning tub style bath and a walk in shower. Heading up to the third floor you will find the master bedroom with a super king size bed, a beautiful space with a balcony and bi fold doors overlooking the nearby fells on a good day you can enjoy views as to the Coniston fells and beyond. The log burner is a Remy 1974 equipped with a chimney so you can sit out in all temperatures in a smoke free environment and allows for evenings outside and a chance to gaze at the stars in comfort. From here you can step up to the second patio space with outdoor seating a great space to dine alfresco. The lawned areas give ample space to run around, sun bathe or play a game of fetch with your four legged friends.
