Ascending the glass and oak feature staircase, we enter a spacious open plan area that encompasses the kitchen, dining, and living space. It seamlessly flows into the dining area, which is furnished with an elegant table and chairs, perfect for enjoying family meals. The music system is integrated, with ceiling speakers allowing you to create the perfect ambiance throughout. There is also a separate WC located on this floor. You are naturally drawn to the patio doors which lead you to the heated enclosed glass fronted balcony. This is an inviting space that allows you to enjoy the outdoors while being sheltered from the elements.
