The house is in a secluded, very quiet location with a beautiful view over the Val di Chiana valley to Montepulciano and Monte Amiata. Very suitable for a comfortable holiday. Car absolutely necessary, driveway partially gravel road. Accommodation is clean and well maintained, owner Signor Sauro very nice! We took tours from Arezzo to Perugia+Assisi - the location was very suitable for this. Pool looks a bit old.
