Corner Cottage is a beautiful cottage sleeping 4 in the village of Portinscale, only a few miles from the popular market town of Keswick. It has recently been totally renovated and provides a fantastic home and base for you Lake District stay.
The cottage is beautifully presented with a bright and airy lounge with two comfortable sofas and large windows allowing an abundance of light, it's a perfect room to relax and unwind watching the Smart TV and with the flame effect fire. The Kitchen/Diner is modern with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Upstairs we have the two bedrooms both are spacious and individually decorated with the added bonus of both being ensuite, one with a bath and the other with a walk-in shower, each bedroom has its own TV as well.
Portinscale is a lovely little village, with Pub and Cafe close by. Being situated on the shore of Derwentwater you can walk along to Derwent Water Marina only a few minutes away where you can hire a variety of boats, canoes etc. There are an abundance of walks to do straight from your door or if you wish to visit a fantastic range of shops and restaurants Keswick is only 2 miles away and will certainly have something for everyone's tastes.
