Surrounded by thriving greenery and ancient tree canopies, the decked terrace is a real sanctuary of calm – perfect for throwing open the shutters, extending the communal space and sipping alfresco drinks on warmer evenings. It's no mean feat creating a place of calm in the middle of lively Notting Hill, but that's exactly what this home does. Return after a lovely day spent exploring the two-mile stretch of colourful terraces, historic pubs and vintage clothing stalls on Portobello Road, under a twenty-minute stroll away, and feel a sense of home-sweet-home in your eclectic yet oh-so cosy digs.
