*The home is located on a steep hill with a winding road leading up to it
*The indoor dining table only has room for four – not a problem in sunny California where you can make the most of alfresco dining
*The flagstones are charmingly uneven around the unfenced pool and there are steps leading up to it, so this home isn't best suited for young children or those with limited mobility
*We recommend having a car in this area – you won't have access to the garage, but there's enough space for 4 cars in the motor courtyard
*You'll need to keep noise to an absolute minimum between 10 pm and 10 am and music is not allowed to be played outside at any time
*The pool is already heated but you can pay an additional daily fee to have it warmer
