At this new exclusive-use rental property in Ardmore, you can expect more of the CLIFF’s award-winning service — including access to Michelin-starred chefs — as well as complete immersion in this region’s rich literature, art, music and culinary traditions. 

Upstairs

High-pitched ceilings in the dining room and two living rooms open up through floor-to-ceiling glass to a long stone patio. You feel immersed in the stunning waterside location. Take the path out through our naturalistic gardens, and you can slip into the village or hike out to the headland. You can also relax on the patio’s sun-bowl enjoying outdoor dining and a beautiful hot tub.

There is space to come together, as well as plenty of room to relax when you need your peace and quiet.You can graze solo at the breakfast counter after returning from a morning jog or enjoy a celebratory dinner in front of the fireplace at the long oak dining table. There is a striking sitting room with a baby grand piano, and a smaller family snug for curling up in front of the TV. There is also a large cinema room with games for all.

The central glass stairwell links the home’s two floors – to create a feeling of relaxed freedom, of movement and life, whether you are inside reading, outside sunbathing, or talking as the chef shucks oysters for an al fresco summer lunch. The flow of light moves through the living area upstairs, and into the stairwell to the floor below, where there’s a gym, steam room and six double bedrooms. The uncluttered design is serene, calming and luxurious — all of the bedrooms cast in the same size and style, except for the master with its extraordinary bathroom and sunken tub.

Downstairs

All six ensuite bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which slide open so you can step out from your bedroom to smell, hear and breathe the essence of the Atlantic coastline.The ocean-green resin floors, spring peppermints, white walls, dark woods and slates belong to a uniquely contemporary vision of Irish style and peerless luxury. Also downstairs you can enjoy a fully equipped gym, beautiful steam room, and if you want to feel the Irish Sea air on your skin, there is a large heated hot tub just a few steps away on the outdoor terrace.

Booking Terms

As you book directly, you receive the most favourable rate and extras. You pay a 50% deposit, on booking with the final balance due 28 days before check-in.

Upon completing your five-star booking, a Cliff House property team member will contact you directly. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome hamper. Breakfast is also included and served daily at the Cliff House Hotel. All hotel facilities are within walking distance.
