This villa overlooks the town of Bellagio and enjoys stunning mountain views. The kitchen and certain bathrooms might be a little dated, but the range of amenities makes this home great for families or couples. The wine cellar is well-stocked and the home gym is well-equipped, while the sauna and private pool offer fun and relaxation for all ages. We love this location not only for its beauty but for its practicality – you'll want a car for ease of getting around, but it's only a two-minute drive to the nearest restaurants and shops.

*There is space to park for free outside this home for up to three cars. We recommend hiring a car here to make the most of your stay.
*This home is spread over three floors with two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second – it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
*The wi-fi can be temperamental here. It might be worth bringing a personal hotspot device with you.
*A gardening service, pool maintenance and cleaning twice weekly are provided for free during your stay.
*The pool is available from 1st June to 30th September and can be heated upon request.
