Set over three floors with six bedrooms over the second and third floors, this property can sleep 12 guests. Inside on ground level is the sitting room with a gas fire and an open-plan kitchen, orangery and dining room sweeping across the rear of the property with access to the outside patio area. There is ample off-road parking to the side with one parking space for property with dropped kerb. Charnwood Villa is a very spacious holiday let with a contemporary feel, perfect for large families touring North Wales.

Area Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two beaches - the North Shore and the West Shore. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking a cable car ride of over a mile. The town has a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site.

Very nice large house, plenty big enough for our group of 8, could accommodate 10 comfortably. all the kitchen amenities you could require, large lounge, bedding & towels provided.

We had such a lovely week staying at Charnwood. The house is on a residential streets two roads parallel to the main shopping street in LLandudno and a 4 minute walk from the beach front. It is also less than a mile from the sandy beach at West shore which we walked to a couple of times with young children and it was an easy walk. The house itself is perfect. Large dining room where all 10 of us could sit, lovely garden which is a sun trap and every piece of kitchen equipment that you could need. There is space for one car outside the house and parking on the rest of the street when space - it was full up when we first arrived but the rest of the week we had no problem parking 3 cars. The owner is very keen to ensure that the house is covid safe. It was immaculate and although check in has now been moved to much later in the afternoon we appreciated his extra efforts to ensure that the house was spotless and all light switches, handles and touch surfaces are cleaned thoroughly as well as the house already being perfectly cleaned. All in all, one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in and we would all love to return.
