The holiday home is located in an absolutely stunning location and its scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. We spent a wonderful week of holiday and the equipment of the apartment was exactly what was promised. The swimming pool was in great use and the garden was well maintained. The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us warmly, as they did when we left.

The cottage is wonderfully located equidistant from the must-see sites of Tuscany. It is a pure joy to enjoy the peace and quiet and the magnificent view of San Miniato and the typical Tuscan landscapes, whether in the morning for a coffee at sunrise or in the evening after a day of sightseeing in the crowds of tourists. We forget the hustle and bustle and think only of the beauties we have seen. The cottage is just like its pleasant and welcoming owners! We had an unforgettable stay.

The house keeps everything it promises! The view of the surrounding hills from the large garden, which is used by the owner alone, is great. The pool is well-tempered, clean and large. The air conditioning works very well. You sleep very well in the bedrooms with high beds. The bathroom is well equipped. The towels and bed linen provided are plentiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. They are there to answer questions, but remain very discreet. Perfect!

This house is more then wonderful. Built and equipped with love. Every room is wonderful decorated. The bathroom is very modern and provides three showers. A stunning view into the valley and a beautiful garden around the nice pool area. But not even the house is wonderful. So is the host family. So friendly, warm-hearted and nice people. It's nearly as if you are part of this lovely family. We would like to say again: Grazie mille per tutti!!!

The location had struck us on the site, once we arrived in San Miniato we were pleasantly surprised by the structure and the panorama. The welcome was treated in detail with the utmost attention. Due to a ns. oversight the Tafi family did their utmost to solve it brilliantly. We would have liked to increase our rating beyond 5 stars, but it is not possible. A tastefully furnished house, spacious rooms with every comfort, fully equipped kitchen and ultra modern bathroom, terrace and huge garden with great views, pool and table tennis. Staying in the house and also the perfect location in the middle between Pisa and Florence offer the best possible combination of relaxation and eventful excursions. The T. family is extremely friendly and helpful. The only wish left is to go back there.

The house is surrounded by a huge and beautiful garden. The pool is very clean, from the lawn (6 chairs available) you have a fantastic view. The landlords are very friendly, you are greeted with Prosecco and wine and during your stay you were spoiled with delicious "Dolci". There are numerous excursions in the area (Pisa, Lucca, Florence...), but you can also go on very nice hikes in the area, also right from the house.

Exactly as already described! Landlord family really warm and uncomplicated, just to feel good! Excursions: Lucca (rickshaw rides on the city walls), to the obligatory Tower of Pisa, to Montecatini (funicular). Once to the beach near Livorno, but then straight back to the large pool in the beautiful garden! Eating out in SanMiniato Basso near Barbarossa. From the front door, a short walk along the Via Francigena. A very relaxing holiday for the whole family!
