Holiday home Casa Formentera is a three-storey townhouse consisting of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for six guests, a sitting room with TV and a second-floor snug with TV and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes with en-suite shower rooms, one of which resides on the second floor, and a bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private garden and patio area, and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The blue parking discs provide up to 6 hours parking a day in 2 x 3 hour sessions. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot are also available. Note: There are steep stairs leading up to the first floor which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Please note this property has a 3 night minimum stay.
