"Casa Fitzy", 4-room semi-detached house 100 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 5 adults + 1 child. Bright, beautiful and modern furnishings: living room with satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (130 cm), shower/WC.
The place was wonderful and spacious. We had easy access to Tuscany and Florence. The Hosts were great and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend to others

The cottage is clean and well located for exploring Tuscany, motorway nearby. Countryside environment in a subdivision outside the village. Car essential. The 2 negative points: - joint ownership by one of the 3 bedrooms with the living room of the neighbours. The TV every evening sometimes until 12:30 a.m. and in the morning between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. quickly becomes unbearable. - The lack of hoses in the showers. Only fixed heads.

Nice pool and great view from the terrace. Unfortunately not recommended for the summer months. No air conditioning and up to 30 degrees at night in the house! WiFi kept not working. Very far from restaurants or ice cream parlors (6 km), so only come by car. The neighbor apparently breeds some kind of birds, very noisy at 5 am every day.
