Outdated equipment (kitchen, faulty shower doors, dirty and moldy shower mats, faulty appliances, poor wifi, lack of dishes, dirty sheets, poor cleaning, no vacuum cleaner) Broken fan

Generally run down holiday home with little basic cleanliness, grubby/dirty dishes, pool loungers were mostly damaged, as were the parasols. Bathrooms rather old and not really clean, broken shower door and poorly draining water in the shower. Dishwasher was dirty and extremely calcified, so that the dishes could no longer be cleaned. WiFi signal was poor. Lots of mosquitoes (FYI), but nice outdoor area.

Very nice house with lovely swimming pool and private parking. Lots of mosquitoes to take into account.

In the morning in the pool, outside shower with a view of Tuscany - fantastic - accommodation ideal for up to 6 people. Starting point for great sights nearby. Communication with Katia on site was great. We were 6 adults and felt very comfortable.

We decided to take a vacation all together and visit interesting and historical places. All good, the house was just like the photos were and very nice.

The house is really nice, typical in stone, and very spacious! the kitchen equipment is not very complete, it is a bit tight for a large group. the beds are comfortable, the pillows on the other hand not really. The swimming pool is very nice with a breathtaking view of the surrounding villages and valleys! Be careful, many many mosquitoes and Wifi not powerful enough for unlimited use! just enough to check his emails. superb Pizzeria 5 min away!

Overall everything was very satisfactory. The house was very clean and the landlady was very friendly and helpful. The only thing to complain about is that the description and the pictures show it as if the house would stand alone, but there are inhabited houses all around. There are a lot of mosquitoes. The pool was great and the view is a dream. Recommended, unless you intend to be loud, because the neighbors feel very disturbed...
