Beautiful house with top service (cleaning of the pool, trash cans, barbecue). Beautiful pool and the house is very well equipped.

Pro: - Great pool. - Friendly and always available owner - Private lake: everything there is dilapidated, but it's perfect for cooling off the dog on walks. Cons: - Property not surrounded by a complete fence (unlike in the description). Really bad for us with a curious dog, because that meant no free running in the garden. - Owner family directly next door, with noise from 7 a.m. - Overall facilities spartan and sometimes very low standard (shabby). Not appropriate for the price.

Fantastic house in a great, quiet location with a lovely pool. G. is a very friendly landlady. The kitchen equipment could be better. The wine tasting offered disappointed us. Otherwise, all in all, a place where you can feel at home with family and friends.

The pool and garden were cleaned daily, and the rubbish bin at the barbecue area was also emptied. Due to a lack of Italian language skills slight uncertainties, but still very friendly courteous neighbors. As in the description, unfortunately no air conditioning, therefore very hot in the rooms in midsummer. The existing fans provided some relief.

The house is very nice and very well maintained, as is the pool. The hostess is a gem! Only the mosquitoes in the evening really annoyed us.
