The apartment is ok, the equipment is simple but functioning. The view is splendid (no wonder: Tuscany), however the owner lives on the premises: this is not just a fact - it's a warning! All areas outside the entrance of the house, including the pool, is defined by him as "common ground". Dogs are at best tolerated but have to be on the leash outside the rooms. Especially ladies, girls and honeymooners will not appreciate the lack of privacy, unless they have exhibitionistic tendencies

The house is very close to the town's through road. If you sleep with the window open, you may feel disturbed by the traffic. With the windows closed it is quiet. There is plenty of cutlery, but the knives are dull and in use for a long time. There was only a 1 person coffee pod machine. Not sufficient for a 6 person occupancy. We were immediately provided with a newly purchased filter coffee machine. Thanks for that. There is only 1 hair dryer in 2 bathrooms!
